This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product or request a refund from Eurobelt.
1. Right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Physical products (Cloud Box)
- Return the item unused and in its original packaging within the cancellation period.
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the price paid.
- Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
3. Digital products and VoIP vouchers
Digital products and top-up vouchers are delivered instantly. Where you have agreed to immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the voucher has been issued or used. Unused, unredeemed vouchers may be refundable — contact us to check.
4. Faulty or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs, at no charge to you.
5. How to request a refund
- Email info@eurobelt.am with your order number.
- Tell us what you would like to return and why.
- We will confirm the next steps and, for physical items, the return address.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
