These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Eurobelt. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

We offer VoIP calling plans and Cloud Box media-storage products. Product descriptions, features and prices are shown on the relevant pages and may be updated from time to time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account. Please provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Orders and pricing

  • An order is a request to purchase; a contract is formed once we confirm it.
  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include or exclude taxes as stated.
  • We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and returns.

5. Delivery

Digital products (such as VoIP vouchers) are delivered electronically; physical products (such as Cloud Box devices) are shipped. Details are set out in our Delivery Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The content, branding and software on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
